GREAT NEWS ... Griff has just won a bronze medal in the 50 -54 age group 500 metre time trial at the European masters competition in Manchester. And he managed a PB of 36.603 too. Congratulations Griff and good luck on Friday. _______________ Supporting the club that supports you  |

he can do the bit from the start up to the Resolven Roundabout. I think that's about 500m.

500 metres in 36.03 .... would put him on course for a ten mile TT in about 18 minutes !
